Quam Williamson was a S.T.A.R.S. officer assigned with "Charlie team".

Quam was "An Australian of Thai decent, [who] first came to the States on a prestigious scholarship." He had a thick accent, and Falcon often teased him, saying his Australian heritage was why no one could understand him.[1]
