The Queen's Grail is a key item in Resident Evil 4. Its Japanese name more appropriately translates as Queen's chalice (
Purpose[]
It is one of the two grails that are needed to be put on the Queen/King's statues to open the door to the Novistador infested Ballroom. It is used, along with the King's Grail, if you are playing on normal/professional mode.
After continuing cultists ambush you with another trap by driving a machine with a drill down a hall to crush Ashley. Surviving that will lead you to a small room with the grail and treasure in it.
Location[]
The grail itself is found in a room off of the lobby. Upon entering the area, a puzzle must be solved, then Salazar activated a spiked ceiling trap.
