Quill Pen (羽根ペン hane pen) is an item in Resident Evil 7: Biohazard.[1]
Purpose[]
The Quill Pen is a mandatory key item for Clancy in the "Happy Birthday" tape while being entirely optional for Ethan. It is to be used on the robotic clown once Clancy winds it and fixes its hand by attaching the missing Dummy Finger to obtain the password for the padlock leading to the Valve Handle.
Location[]
The Quill Pen is added to the player's inventory after using the Balloon on the pipe in the Party Room.
