Hit someone with the car
In the fight with Jack in the Garage, pick up the Car Key and get inside the car, then drive toward Jack.
Pocket a billiard ball
In the Recreation Room at the Main House 2F, hit the billiard balls until one enters the hole. If they drop onto the floor, leave the room and come back and it should respawn. Once they go inside, save the game so the data will be sent to the site.
Burn to death
In the Party Room (Ethan version), pick up the Winding Key then complete the Party Room. This challenge cannot be unlocked while playing the "Happy Birthday" videotape.
Die by exploding
Walk into a tripwire and die by it.
Die by being run over
In the fight with Jack in the Garage, do not interact with the car and wait for him to get on it, then allow him to kill Ethan.
Die from loss of blood
After the Dinner Time cutscene, obtain the Hatch Key then go into the Pantry, now allow Jack to hit you and he should cut off your Leg and drop a First Aid Med, simply wait it out and Ethan will die while Jack watches.
In addition, Blade Molded have an attack which can cut off Ethan's leg, due to its rare occurrence and the fact that the Molded may kill you before you die by yourself (which negates the challenge), it's best to start a new game and get to the point mentioned.
Before the Party Room (Ethan version), you must input a password to progress. Simply input any combination and wait near the wall/terminal, eventually you will be impaled by the trap on the ceiling.
Get caught
In the "Mia", simply get caught by Marguerite Baker. You are able to unlock this at the very start of the tape, just turn around and walk towards her.
