The Raccoon City Broadcasting Network (RCBN) is a defunct local television network which operated in and around Raccoon City. The RCBN studio building remained operational in the early days of the Raccoon City Destruction Incident, and was giving studio tours on 26 September when it was attacked by Zombies and its service interrupted.[1]
