The Raccoon City Department of Health (ラクーン市 (し)衛生局 (えいせいきょく), rakūn-shi eiseikyoku) was a municipal agency in Raccoon City which handled public health matters. In September 1998 the Department of Health issued an alert on the unexpected explosion in the city's rat population. This department likely would have also given alerts to the spread of Cannibal Disease.
