Raccoon Dam was a dam situated in the Arklay Mountains, and provided the water for Raccoon City, Pennsylvania.
During the investigation conducted by the S.T.A.R.S. unit, Bravo Team's Rebecca Chambers and fugitive Billy Coen sought refuge in the dam during the viral outbreak.[1]
