A boat is located here. It is used to escape the hospital. The player must use the padlock key to unlock the chain around the boat. This area is where a boss fight with a Leech Queen variant takes place. The player can shoot the pipes along the sewer to damage the creature or the player can lure it all the way back to the gas can to instantly kill it upon blowing up the gas can.
