Radio Transmission 1 (tentative) is a cutscene in Resident Evil. It plays in the Courtyard on the condition that Chris Redfield saved Richard Aiken in the mansion and received his radio.
Plot[]
Chris receives a transmission from S.T.A.R.S. Alpha team's pilot Brad Vickers from the radio. Chris tries to respond to him but fails as the radio was broken.

Chris Redfield: This is Chris.
Brad: This is Brad. S.T.A.R.S. Alpha Team... Bravo Team, it doesn't matter. Respond! I repeat, this is B—(fades into static)
Chris: Brad! This is Chris! Brad? ... Damn! Thing's broken..
