Raquel was a student at the Raccoon City College.

Biography

Raquel was deeply disturbed when her classmate Julie was killed on the campus grounds, and she and Mike tried to persuade their friend Michelle to follow the curfew established by the police. Michelle didn't see any reason to follow it and was killed that night by a creature later revealed to be a werewolf.

Jill Valentine's first S.T.A.R.S. assignment in Raccoon City was to investigate the murders with Barry Burton, and pretended to be a newly transferred student at the college. She spoke to Raquel and Mike about the murder, but they offered little information and warned her not to walk alone at night.
