Really Big Cough Drop (大きな咳止めドロップ Ōkina sekitome doroppu) is a Survival-type Survivor Equipment item in Resident Evil: Resistance. It costs 5EP to assign to the player, and is classed as "High-Tier" ("Super Rare" in Japan). Really Big Cough Drop was made available as part of the "Uptown" update on 5 August 2020.[1]
