Rebirth 2 is part the sequel-story to Mansion Incident 3, following on with the Mansion Incident section of Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles.
Plot
Wesker attempts to exit the mansion, only to be confronted with Lisa again, whom he thought was defeated in the laboratory. Wesker looks for an alternate exit, traveling through the mansion and fighting both B.O.W.s and Lisa along the way, before emerging in the main hall via the art gallery. Here he fights Lisa one last time. After shooting the chandelier to bring down Lisa, Wesker escapes, leaving a defeated Lisa on the floor and watching as the entire Mansion explodes.
