The Red Orb is a special item in the "underbelly" scenario of Resident Evil Outbreak File 2. A more direct reading of its Japanese name, 赤い水晶球 (Akai suishō-kyū) would be "red crystal ball".
Location
The Red Orb can be found against a ventilation hole in the subway station's refuse dump on VERY HARD.
