Remain Hopeful (George) is a cutscene in Resident Evil Outbreak.[1]
Plot[]
George thinks about the future and his escape with the vaccine, relaxing as the nightmare is finally over. However, remembering how Peter sacrificed his life to ensure it could be produced to save others, he realizes that his escape from the city doesn't stop him being a doctor, and understands it's his duty to see the vaccine reproduced to save as many lives as possible.

George Hamilton: "It's finished. I can finally rest."
"No... I have one thing left to do."
"I'm not a savior. It's just my duty."
George Hamilton: 「終わった…ようやく体めるか」
「いや…最後にまだ やり残したことがある」
