Resident Evil: Retribution Face of the Fan contest was a casting call contest hosted by Sony Pictures through their "Face of the Fan" program that offered a fan the chance to appear as a Undead extra in Resident Evil: Retribution.

The casting call was open from 19 September to 3 October 2011 12:00pm PT and was available for anyone between 18 and 34.[1] The audition involved submitting at most a 60-second video and sharing why "you are the biggest Resident Evil fan" and which movie is your favorite, and act out a line from that movie.

Dylan Syrett ultimately won the role and was the subject of the home video special feature "Resident Evil: Retribution - Face of the Fan".
