The Tiger 99X has a points system and a lead can link it to another Tiger 99X, allowing two people playing Resident Evil 2 to compete for the high score.
As with the Game.Com version, the enemy variation is lite - Zombies; Lickers and Spiders make up the standard assortment of enemies, while the "Alligator"; "Baby Boss" (G-creatures) and "G-Type Boss" (William Birkin) serve as bosses. Unlike in the Game.Com version, there are no files to read at all, and the option is absent from the inventory screen.
