The Resident Evil 6 Shaker launch party was a live event held in the Facebook app Shaker made to promote and celebrate the release of Resident Evil 6.

The event was held on October 1, 2012, with two separate channels for the US and Europe. For the event, participants could customize their character with Leon's jacket or a BSAA uniform. The room was Resident Evil 6-themed, and game codes, Xbox 360 avatar clothes, & PS3 themes were given away.[1]
Over 3,500 users checked in for the event.[2]
