Reuben Langdon is a stunt/motion-capture/voice actor who was behind the voice of Dave Johnson in Resident Evil 5.[1] Although this is the only character he voiced, Langdon was also responsible for the motion capture performance of Chris Redfield in Resident Evil CODE:Veronica, Resident Evil 5 and Resident Evil 6.[2][3] He is also credited as a coordinator in Resident Evil Outbreak[4] and did motion capture work for zombies in the Resident Evil 2 remake.[5]
Outside of his myriad of stunt and motion-capture roles, Langdon has provided the voice acting for Dante in Devil May Cry 3, Devil May Cry 4, Devil May Cry 5, the Devil May Cry anime, (Ultimate) Marvel VS Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds and Marvel vs. Capcom: Inifnite. He also voices Ken Masters in Street Fight IV, Street Fighter V and other Street Fighter spin-offs, as well as other appearances of the character such as Street Fighter X Tekken, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and the animated movie Wreck-It Ralph.
On February 2019, Reuben was almost killed in a car robbery attempt, but remained uninjured. The car he was in had multiple bullet shots, with his seat also having a bullet hole in it.[6]
