Richard was a citizen of Raccoon City during the viral outbreak of 1998. He is a caucasian man, appearing in his 50s, with short, brunette hair, a clean-shaven face and a dark-colored suit with a black and white-striped tie. The zombified model of Richard has a prominent injury on his left cheek, which likely resulted in his infection with the t-Virus, transforming him into a zombie as a result. He was the last infected to be killed by Deputy Chief Raymond Douglas before the latter was overwhelmed.
Gameplay
Richard's character skin can only be accessed through cheat devices such as GameSharks. He is a George-type character and starts with a green/red herb mix.
Richard has the following stats:
- A speed similar to George
- Large vitality (between 2600 and 3000)
- An attack power similar to George
- An infection rate of 1.08% per second
