Richard Michael Epcar is an American actor who was hired by Just Cause Productions for 2012's Resident Evil 6. He performed the motion capture for President Adam Benford.[1]
Outside Resident Evil, he has provided voice of different anime shows such as Joseph Joestar from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. He is also known for providing the voice of Raiden from the Mortal Kombat series.
