Location
The Rifle can be found at the Fishing Village by Barry during Episode 2: Contemplation. Also Barry can obtain thus weapon during the Episode 4: Metamorphosis if not found before.
Evgeny has this rifle as his only gun in the Extra Episode: The Struggle, his ammunition is refilled after each section. He also has unique Rifle follow-up and melee attack with this rifle.
