The Rockfort Prison complex was of a general concentration camp format.
Rockfort Island hosted a large concentration camp under the control of the Umbrella Corporation. It was destroyed in the 1998 Rockfort Island Incident, which saw an HCF strike on the island and a t-Virus outbreak. The camp commander was Alfred Ashford, 7th Earl Ashford.
There are multiple sections of the prison but the area south of the iron bridge is known as the 'Prison Area D'.[1]
