A Raccoon City citizen. Rodney is a Kevin-Type character who's skin can be bought in Resident Evil Outbreak. He is a Tall light haired man. He wears a cap turned backwards, a white T-shirt, khaki shorts and a pair of sneakers. He will spawn a health of 1400HP and a Red Herb.
