The Roof is a location in the Resident Evil 2 remake.[1]

This area features the downed helicopter from the Fire Escape which is blocking the way due to the fire, the player need to extinguish it by interacting with handle on the wall. By default, the water is dropped next to the player instead of the helicopter, the water flow must be changed next to the Boiler Room which will now make the water drop on top of the helicopter, ceasing the fire.
Once the player approaches the helicopter from the corridor however, the Tyrant will appear. In the [1st] scenario, this is the first time the Tyrant spawns, but on the [2nd], he appears much earlier in the playthrough.
In the [1st] scenario, this room has Handgun Ammo on one of the benches but this is replaced by Large-caliber Handgun Ammo in the [2nd] scenario.
Additionally, in both of Leon's scenarios, going down the ladder that leads from the balcony to the roof will break it, meaning the only way to leave the area is through the corridor with the crashed helicopter.
