Rosado is a bomb squad member working for Pittsburgh Bureau of Police who responded to Lieutenant Greenwalt's call after it was discovered that the next target in the series of bombing incidents is PNC Park.

Pittsburgh Bioterror Incident[]
Following USSTRATCOM agent Leon Scott Kennedy's provision of information about the terrorists' next target, Greenwalt called the bomb squad which arrived at PNC Park. Rosado was the one to discover the device hidden inside a store room, set to explode in just 7 minutes.
Rosado initially struggled to classify the type of bomb that he was dealing with. However, he barely managed to defuse it with only 2 minutes left before detonation, preventing another outbreak from happening. Rosado was congratulated for his efforts by his superiors who promised to buy him a round of beer.
