The Royal Insignia is a treasure item that appears in Resident Evil 4. It is the insignia of the Salazar Family that can be combined with the Crown and Crown Jewel to recreate the Salazar Family Crown. On its own, it can be sold for 13,000₧.[1]

It is found in Chapter 4-2 at the end of the mine after Leon has passed through a cave filled with novistadores.
