Ruthie was a student at Pine Grove Academy and Dexter Whitlam's only friend. She often came to his aid whenever Kelly Thorndike and his friends were beating him up.

Biography

After discovering the G-Virus, Dexter turned himself into a monster in order to kill his bullies. When Ruthie learned of this she begged Dexter to spare Kelly. Dexter killed him anyway and then turned on Ruthie. Mr. Venk saved Ruthie by subduing Dexter with a Spark Shot.
