Ryan was an information analyst from the West Africa Branch of BSAA. He was behind the BSAA Remote Desktop, contacting with various people while keeping contact with Reynard Fisher to observe the situation in Kijuju Autonomous Zone, after the bizarre murders first heard of in Adam's Blog which led to discovering Ricardo Irving's position in the area.[1]
After cornering the spy by questioning her for the reason she didn't convey his warnings to Chris Redfield, he was killed.
