Dr. Ryan Howard was a molecular biologist employed by Australia's Philosophy University as a Professor.[1]
Biography[]
In the 1990s Dr. Howard worked for Umbrella U.S.A. as a researcher, neglecting his son Tyler in the process. In the years after the collapse of Umbrella, Tyler was reported dead in a viral outbreak in Rochester, Minnesota. The news greatly upset Howard, who began focusing all his attention towards the development of a mutagenic virus in Australia using his university lab as a means of filling the void.
