Dr. Sally Baldwin is a geologist who taught at the University of Minden.
Biography[]
In her career, Baldwin is known to have visited Dulvey Parish, Louisiana in 1998, where she conducted a geological survey of the land there, which is known to be unstable. Her survey was used against the official statements of the Dulvey Parish Sheriff's Office in 2017 following the Baker House Incident.[1][1]
