Sarah Jacobsen was a representative of the Raccoon City mayor's office.
Biography[]
Sarah was present at the press conference held on July 28, 1998, where the removal of the Raccoon S.T.A.R.S. branch from the investigation into the Arklay murders was announced.[1] Councilor Edward Weist and Police Commissioner J.C. Washington were part of the same press conference.[2]
