The Scissors is a key item in Resident Evil 2.
Purpose[]
It's only used to cut open the black tape covering up a secret hole for Sherry to escape the room. It vanishes from the inventory after it is used.
Location[]
The scissors is given in the Orphanage's Bedroom for completing a puzzle involving the Picture Block.
