Scott Harman was a butler in service to the Ashford family.
Biography[]
Harman began working for the family with Dr. Alexander Ashford, 6th Earl Ashford. During that service Lord Ashford died along with his daughter, Alexia, in the space of several months. Left to look after the new Lord Ashford, Alfred, Harman lapsed into depression as Alfred suffered psychological trauma from losing his family. In 1998 Harman finally decided to resign, after having ruled out suicide as an insult to the family.[1]
