This achievement is unlocked the very first time a player kills a Crimson Head as either Jill or Chris. The Crimson Head Prototype-1 does not count towards this achievement.
On the Xbox One, this award is equal to 10G. On the PlayStation 4 it is a Bronze Trophy.
