This unnamed town was the main settlement on Sein Island, a Russian island in the Baltic Sea. The town suffered a catastrophic outbreak of t-Phobos Virus as planned by Dr. Alex Wesker, with many of the townspeople being driven mad during mutation or simply dying outright. When it was explored by TerraSave test-subjects in 2011, the town was a derelict.
