The Severed Hand (右手, Migite, Right Hand) is a key item in Resident Evil Village.

Purpose

This item has no purpose, however during this segment Ethan will be unable to use any item, including First Aid Meds and any firearm, along with being put on low health. This will persist until Ethan Winters uses it after he obtains the Mask of Sorrow. As such it will be gone from the inventory.

Location

In the Dungeon at Castle Dimitrescu B2, it will automatically be on the switch after Alcina Dimitrescu cuts it off.
