The Shango Satellite Laser Device (also known as Laser Targeting Device or L.T.D.) is operated by using a rocket launcher-style laser targeting device (L.T.D.) that sends targeting coordinates to the satellite. The satellite is then capable of firing a highly concentrated laser to within centimeters of the target. a shoulder-mounted target acquisition laser emitter that is found on the platform above the deck on Wesker's ship in Resident Evil 5. It is directly linked to an orbital laser platform, which will fire a large, weaponized laser at any designated target. This weapon is only used once during the game, specifically during the battle with Uroboros Aheri.
Overview
Use
1- Aim the L.T.D at the target.
2- Follow the target until the target's coordinates have been confirmed.
3- Once the target has been ascertained, pulling the trigger will relay the coordinates to the satellite. During the transmission, the target ring will appear red on the targeting scope.
Tip: When you use it, it has about one minute to recharge, while it's charging, soften up Uroboros Aheri with a magnum or Rifle. Note: A Rocket Launcher to the main weak spot serves as instant death.
The L.T.D needs about 5 seconds to lockdown its target.

Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds
Chris Redfield uses this weapon in Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds as a Level 3 hyper combo in which he pulls out the satellite laser device and locks onto his opponent. The laser shoots down from the sky causing an explosion to the enemy he is facing, just like in Resident Evil 5. The hyper combo allows Chris to fire up to three times in a row without recharge.
Resident Evil: The Deck Building Game
The SLD is an event card in the Resident Evil DBG, first appearing in its first expansion Alliance.
Here it is referred to as the Laser Targeting Device and like all Event cards is kept in the Mansion Area. If the LTD is revealed by the player, its effect gives the player an additional explore and kills any revealed Infected instantly, including Albert Wesker and Uroboros Aheri.
