Shao Minjia (Chinese: 邵敏佳; Pinyin: Shào Mǐnjiā) is a Chinese voice actress who worked on Parallel Soundworks' Mandarin dub of Resident Evil 4, where she provided the voices of Ingrid Hunnigan and the "Card Changer".[1]
