Assigned to the BSAA West African branch. Although Sheva's career is still young, her emotional strength and judgment are highly regarded, and she has been selected as a solitary operative for infiltration and information gathering missions in the past. As an African and an expert on the current situation in the Kijuju Autonomous Zone, she was assigned to support Chris in his next operation.
She lived in the US from her late teens until she graduated from college, and is fluent in English. Sheva has excellent combat abilities, a bright and gentle personality and is utterly dedicated to her comrades.
Losing both her parents to biological weapon experiments when she was still a child, her deep-set hatred of bioterrorism drives her quest for its eradication. She expressed these feelings by tattooing "Shujaa", the Swahili word for "Hero", on her left shoulder.

BSAA西部アフリカ支部に所属する女性隊員。まだキャリアが短いが、精神力や判断力に優れていると評価を受け、個人での潜入捜査や謀報活動を主任務とするエージェントに抜擢。アフリカ出身で、今回の作戦がキジュジュ自治区の情勢が詳しい事から、クリスが作戦行動を取る際、彼をサポートする役割をになった。
十代半ばから大学卒業までアメリカで生活し、英語も堪能。戦闘能力の高さはもちろんのこと、明朗かつ優しい性格の持ち主であり、仲間への思いは人一倍強い。
幼いころ、生体兵器の実験により両親を失ったため、すべてのバイオテロを憎み、根絶するための努力を惜しまない。その熱い思いは彼女の左上腕部に「shujaa（スワヒリ語で「英雄」「勇者」の意）」と刻んだタトゥーに込められている。
