Shibuya was a heavily populated metropolitan city in Tokyo, Japan. It was the site of a T-virus outbreak which coincided with the Raccoon City Incident, both part of the wider global T-virus pandemic.[1]
A replica of Shibuya was created by Umbrella for use in their Umbrella Prime facility for the benefit of Chinese buyers of bio-weapons.[2]
