Shinya Fukumatsu (ふくまつ進紗,fukumatsu shinya?) is a Japanese voice actor who provided additional voices in the Japanese theatrical dub of BIOHAZARD III. He also provided additional voicework for TV Asahi's "Sunday Movie Theater" dub of BIOHAZARD IV Afterlife. He also played the role of "Woodcutter" in Resident Evil Village.[1]
