The Simmons Family Crest Piece B is a key item in Resident Evil 6. It is found during in the Ada's campaign in Chapter 2.
Purpose
The piece can be placed on a red door on its circular-shaped pedestal, along with Simmons Family Crest Piece A and Simmons Family Crest Piece C, that will allow Ada to gain access.
Location
It's can be found in the torture electric chair room which is located under the room with hangmen.
