The Sniper (狙擊者) was a bio-weapon engineered by Umbrella, under the oversight of Mǎkǎfu. Mutated from a professional boxer who's family Mǎkǎfu had killed, this individual continued to hold a personal hatred of Umbrella employees. The Sniper was killed by Jill Valentine when it willingly allowed her to shoot it.
