Special Operations Agent (SOA 特殊作戦要員) is the term given to a type of field operator within the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance. While Special Operations Unit form the bulk of the BSAA's force, the Special Operations Agents, which operate in two-man cells, are better able to infiltrate target zones for information gathering purposes.[1][2]
