SOU patch on Piers' shoulder
Special Operations Unit (SOU 特殊作戦部隊) is the term given to members of the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance who serve an active role as operators in its military wing. SOUs work separately from so-called "Special Operations Agents", who work in two-man teams and may be undercover. SOU operators serve in squads of as many as six people, and are lead by a Captain.[1]
