The Spencer Rain was an Umbrella-owned cruise ship. Named in honour of Ozwell E. Spencer. The ship was secretly used to ship Bio-Organic Weapons. In 2002 the t-Virus was unleashed upon it by rogue operative Morpheus D. Duvall. In response to the outbreak, US STRATCOM agent Bruce McGivern boarded the ship to stop Duvall, while also running into Chinese operative Fong Ling. The ship was destroyed when it collided with an island.
