The "Staff Roll and Epilogue scene"[note 1] is the ending cutscene of Resident Evil: Revelations.
Plot[]
After the incident, Jessica Sherawat had been working with Raymond Vester in collusion the entire time as triple agents employed by TRICELL. She met Raymond in a European cafe, where he provided her with a sample of the t-Abyss virus. She asked Raymond the reason for him saving Parker Luciani, in which he replied to her by saying that he had his reasons. The two went their separate ways. Raymond says, "The fun's just getting started."

Raymond: "Almost too easy, wasn't it?"
"The company let them take out Morgan out with the trash."
"Tough world."
Jessica: "You file the report on this."
"By the way..."
"Why save Parker?"
Raymond: "I have my reasons."
Jessica: "The BSAA isn't as useless as I thought."
"Things could really heat up."
Raymond: "Indeed. The fun's just getting started."
