Stephanie was a victim of the Sonido de Tortuga Island Incident.
Biography

Stephanie was picked as a 2014 contestant on the Japanese-American reality show, Idol Survival, which had models and idols compete in a survivalist-themed competition. This season of the show was set on Sonido de Tortuga Island which, unbeknownst to the cast, was once the site of an Umbrella Pharmaceuticals facility. Stephanie was attacked and infected with a mutant t-Virus strain derived from the Kodoku Plan, and became a Zombie. She is believed dead following the cleansing of the island.
