The Sterilization Key is a file that can be found in Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles. While the file describes a key in CODE:Veronica, it is sorted as an item file from "Operation Javier", as opposed to "Game of Oblivion" - several files in the game were known to be "flipped" in the localization, reading the other file's content.
