Syringe (Solvent) is a key item available in Resident Evil Outbreak File #2's "flashback" scenario.[1]
Purpose[]
The Syringe (Solvent) is used within the "Flashback" scenario. Its purpose is to destroy the various mutant plant vines occupying several areas of the Hospital. You can use this syringe on the exposed vines and plant bulbs in the following locations:
- Room 203
- Auxiliary Building B1F Hall
- Auxiliary Building Rooftop
